This Taco Bell is the cleanest, most efficient Taco Bell restaurant we have ever been too! The staff is 2nd to none, with efficiency, accuracy and service with a smile! Honestly, I was in management for over 40 years, and the management team at this store is doing an awesome job! The young men and women that work here at this store appreciate their jobs, do everything perfectly and do the very best they can! I have seen lines around this building and that says a lot for this store and for Taco Bell. BRAVO keep up the great work!

Best Taco Bell experience I've ever had. The food came out so good I did not know it could taste like this. I had an issue with the app not sending the order in but they fixed it so quickly that I had to make sure the team got the praise that they deserve. I ordered more stuff but I want to get back to eating. Maybe a few more pictures will make it here.

Door was wide open, but their dining room is apparently closed. This changes on a day to day basis at this location. I left my phone at work, and walked over with my son for lunch. I was informed that their kiosks were closed, and the only way to order was with the app(in store pick up was still an option) or via drive thru. Seeing that I didn't have my phone or car with me, I guess we were out of luck. We walked back to my work, got in my car and drove elsewhere for lunch. Multiple upper management were in the dining room giving on the spot interviews, none of them intervened or attempted to be hospitable. Just someone yelling at us from the back that their kiosks were closed. I work across the street and have eaten here 100+ times over the past 7 years. I won't be back after today.

Today I went through drive through at lunch time at hall road and Romeo plank Taco Bell and was having problems with my card and they took care of me. The staff was nice and made this the best day! Thank you guys so much! I don’t know how to repay you guys! If you have suggestions lmk lol you guys are amazing!

Ordered a Cravings box and was given a bag with only 2 out of the 3 items I was supposed to get.. this is the second time I've been shorted items. Waste of money. I won't go back anymore

Terrible customer Service. Shelby the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited in the drive thru line to place an order, wanting to us my taco bell rewards. Order taker verbalized me having to place an order online to use my rewards. So I pulled over and attempted to place an order. App stated there was an error placing the order. So I went inside. At this time I disregarded the app and asked to place an order. Josh the manager stated not being able to make orders inside. Then the manager Shelby being extremely rude said "the signs are all over the place saying we are not taking orders inside". I explained that I had been trying to place an order for a half hour and asked if she could be understanding". Shelby continued to argue back that they were short staffed and asked if I could understand that. Remind you she was standing arguing with me about a 5.00 order. Then she continued to say I could have helped you but now im not because you have an attitude. Then antagonizing me as I left saying " Merry Christmas Have a nice day". This is what happens when you give an immature individual a little bit of control. They treat people like garbage and they are the one managing your business...
