Orange Leaf

Disappointed to say the least!! The previous owners really took pride and an interest in serving and helping our community…especially the surrounding schools. The previous staff was friendly and had great customer service…it’s a yogurt shop!!! The staff now is not friendly and can be rude at times. Orange Leaf use to be a place for a nice family outing, now I don’t look forward to taking my kids and will probably stop going there and visit another ice cream shop. Not sure what the hours are…because sometimes they close before the posted hours. They’ve increased the prices with smaller cup sizes. Not to mention the lack of toppings in the cups…they aren’t even half full.

We went to Orange Leaf Yogurt tonight to be met with disappointment. The sign on the door says they’re open til 9pm. We went in, bought our yogurt and then we were told the dining area is closed and no explanation. What? Had I known that, we wouldn’t have bothered. Next thing I know, I see the 2 people working there closing the place. Several other people walked up to discover the doors are locked. I don’t know what’s going on with this place. It was around 8pm and they’re closing. They’re supposed to be open til 9pm. If they changed their hours, they should update their signs!

The yogurt is great and there is a good variety of flavors and toppings. The store is very clean as well. My complaint is with the night staff. I have been in there three nights in a row at 7:30 pm, and when someone in my party sits at a table to put their toppings on their yogurt, we are told that they close at 8pm. There are at least three visible signs in the store stating that the store closes at 8. I think it is bad customer service to be told that as I am checking out. I have been a manager at a fast food restaurant for years and I get they want to leave, but as a paying customer, if I want to sit and eat what I purchased I should have the right to, without feeling like I’m putting someone out.

Excellent. You pay by the size and number of toppings. It was 5 dollars to start for a med and 6 for a large. We each got 2 toppings (not sure if that was promotional or all the time). The frozen yogurt is quality and delicious. Personally I had red velvet and cookies and cream, then got brownie and white chocolate chips on the side. Both flavors were amazing and I preferred the brownie bites with it (just an fyi). But you can always taste test the icecream to see what you like best.
