We stopped here shortly before the food order closure and ordered a smoothie, bakery item, and a burrito. Everything was delicious and the staff are all so generous and welcoming! Definitely a new favorite stop for us on our way to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Wed 5/25/2022, mid-morning: the other café was my favorite for a long time but they have a new direction now. So, I re-visited The Stone Cup after a long hiatus. I received a five-star hot drink professionally prepared by a polite and knowledgeable barista. After some light chat, I resumed my day happy to have made the stop. I will remember The Stone Cup.

Extremely slow. Coffee was not good. Smoothie tasted old. Waited over 20 mins for a cold tasteless burrito, that was popped in the microwave! Also our order was messed up. We were the only ones in there at the time of arrival, no excuse as to why the total wait time was over 40 mins . There were 3 employees. Terrible location! I want my money back. The location was the dogs brew or something like that.

After a very demanding time in the Rocky Mountain National Park it felt great to just relax a the stone cup. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, with a good cup of coffee. Covid Safety measures are respected so you can truly relax and enjoy.
I went 2 times, and there was live music every time, and a damn good one!

Favorite coffee shop! Lovely atmosphere. From the ample space for working, well light environment, to the delectable coffees and dense breads. I highly recommend stopping here along the way :)

Amazingly wonderful cafe. Friendly service. I love their commitment to sustainable living. Get the ricotta if it’s available! Yum. (Breakfast sandwich was also delish-love those cage free eggs!)

YUMMY! We just finished a hike and were famished. Google told us this is one of the best places to eat in Lyons and we agree! We both had the green chili. Mine was on the huervos rancheros and my friend's was on the burrito. Both were excellent. Just enough to be filling but not to much to make us feel stuffed either. The staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is funky, hippy mountain town - just what the doctor ordered! Check it out for yourself, you won't regret it.
