Got a brownie sundae & didn't have topping as advertise, no hot fudge or peanuts. Also while taking my order, talking to other employees & having to repeat order again. Didn't know serving ice cream was rocket science. Go to Culver's instead. They have great customer service!!

Literally every time I come here they get something in my order wrong. Sometimes it's something as simple as putting the wrong cheese on my sandwich, sometimes it's putting real meat on it instead of the beyond that I asked for, other times it's forgetting something in my order altogether.

It's Baskin Robbins what's not to love. Excellent ice cream and a large variety. Service is quick and friendly. The prices are a bit higher than I prefer but you're paying for the name. It is convenient though, there are several places to grab a bite in the same "strip mall" kind of area. You can get dinner at one of them and pop into Baskin Robbins for your dessert. Gotta like that. Don't have to make a special trip unless you want to.

They charge extra for everything! I don't go often but when I do, the items I want is out of stock. They also don't accept the survey on the receipt if the receipt has a chicago address on it/purchased from a Chicago Dunkin.

This was the worst customer service experience I ever had in my life. I went to the drive thru around 9PM to get ice cream. The man running the drive was rude right off the bat, but I just dealt with it to get my food and go. I pull up to the window, he hands me my ice cream made incorrectly, so I ask for it to be fixed. He tossed my change out the window at me, started yelling at me in some language I couldn't understand, before giving me back my ice cream. I left before it turned into a shouting match, but I WILL be taking this complaint to a corporate level. Just awful. I will never, ever go back here again.

Horrible customer service!!! Rushing me out while trying to pick out a cake. Directed me to a different location. No one there to put Happy bday on cake. Smh
