Starbucks

I honestly have never been more impressed with a Starbucks staff. So much so, I felt compelled to write this review. In a time where businesses are short staffed and employees facing burnout, I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service at this location on 1/20/22. I was greeted from the moment I walked in, the employee at the register was friendly and asked me about my day. There was no line so my drink was ready when I walked down the counter and the barista was very complimentary. To see a group of workers enjoying their day and being so friendly made my day! Kudos to this team for all their hard work, having great attitudes, and making my day that much better!

I had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee I had people who ordered after me get there coffee and stuff before mine. Never seen a more disorganized Starbucks operation. No order or system in place. Coffee order was wrong we I received it but I didn’t even wanna go through the trouble of getting it redone. Love Starbucks just not this location.
