Panera Bread

Their breakfast sandwiches are a rip off. The egg is almost as flat as a sheet of paper and they barely put any bacon on it. I know this is not typical of most Paneras since I eat lunch there often but this place is cutting some major corners or they don’t understand what a breakfast sandwich should be. I gave two stars because at least the bread was good. You’d be better off going down the road for a breakfast sandwich at Chick-fil-A for half the price and it’ll fill you up.

Ordered Napa chicken salad sandwich last night. It was so good I ordered it again tonite. Disappointed. No mayo in the salad, plain sliced chicken, and a couple of grape halves. It was dry with lots of greens. Looked like it had been thrown against a wall when I opened it up. It fell all apart as I was trying to eat it. I’m cured. Won’t be ordering it again for a long time. 😢

I ordered a tuna fish sandwich meal which I was charged for and the female reassured me my sandwich would be ready soon. When she handed me the bag the label sans my order and when I got home I saw there was just a soup and bread. I want my money back and I may even take it a step further and report them to the BBB

This location really needs a makeover by corporate. Employees all over the restaurant but nobody working the drive thru or curbside (placed an online order curbside order) After going inside, and asking if they finished my order and getting a yes, they were still missing items. Bread was hard. Soup was cold. Green tea tasted off. Sandwich overflowing with Mayo I didn’t even eat it. I can appreciate a younger staff, I was a high school kid once too, but the MANAGER not being on top of orders and MANAGING the store is unacceptable. Won’t be back.
