Bonefish Grill

The customer service was wonderful! The host was welcoming and patient. He assisted me with directions on the phone as my GPS put me in the general area but not quite at the restaurant. Something is off with the location on Google Maps for this destination BTW. Our server was great! She was kind and pleasant. The seafood was delicious, warm and fresh! The entrees were a bit small but the starters and dessert potions were nicely sized. The ambience is clean, comforatable and nice. Great place to dine overall!

My family and I are visiting my uncle and we are here tonight and it was okay but not great in my opinion. Salmon- my sister said it was a bit dry. Shrimp and scallops was good. Crab cakes - I had better personally but i live in the Maryland/ Delaware region but I had high expectations especially for a restaurant in Florida. More meat and less filler. Also, offer to broil then besides frying then because some customers prefer a healthier cooking style. Bread - disappointing! We ordered over $100 dollars worth of food and they gave us a roll. One dinner roll. Honestly, that’s just wrong. Silverware- they never provided us with any. Yeah, the service was poor for curbside pickup and the food wasn’t great. Please think twice if you are looking to eat at this place. Disappointed in general. The company did follow up with me to make it right which was nice.

Went last night for dinner and was disappointed. The crab on my fish was smelly. The fish was pretty good. My wife's seared ahi tuna was better. Bonefish is as chain a restaurant as they come, like Olive Garden. You know what you are going to get from them, quality and taste wise, it's generally OK. Not amazing, but that's what you expect from a chain restaurant. It just depends what line cook is working that night, no chefs involved, all the dishes are designed and planned at the corporate office, and thrown out at high speeds by the line cooks. It's a solid 3.5 out of 5.

The environment and waiter/waitress service was amazing each on their own deserve a star. Although wonderfully plated, the food was alright but overpriced for the mediocre quality. Two of the dishes my family received weren’t done correctly and they had to be changed. The desert and appetizers were yummy but the whole experience was overall just ok and overpriced. I don’t think i’d return unless absolutely necessary.

I have always loved this restaurant. Anyone who knows this location knows they moved from Bruce B Downs to here. Tonight I met my parents and brother after a long day. We were told the wait would be 50 mins. On a busy Saturday night I get it. So we waited. Over an hour later my phone was paged and we got a table. Our waitress was Amazing. This review is not about her. My mom and I both ordered the Mahi. Mine as you can see in the photo which took another hour to get was so under cooked I couldn't eat. I tried to pick around it and couldn't. My moms was so over cooked it was almost burnt. We ordered the same dish! When the waitress realized she said she would get a manager. She came back and told us they were too busy to visit the table. What?! The manager was too busy to come see the under cooked fish they just served someone? Something that could have made us sick? Wow!! This is defiantly not a location I will be visiting again. Too bad the service was great and the location was just right. I will drive farther to get food that is actually edible and manager who care.

Excellent experience at this Bonefish location. The service we had was impeccable. Jade and a man who’s name I can’t recall were absolutely on point. They were warn, friendly and interactive. They knew we were there for a celebration of life and really went the extra mile. You both made our experience very joyful and I sincerely thank you! The atmosphere is fantastic. The decor is sleek, modern and inviting creating a sophisticated dining ambience. Carrot cake desert surprisingly awesome.
