Went here for a mobile order later in the night, so we had to go through the drive through. When we got to the speaker the person sounded rude, but when we got to the window we found they were actually drunk. Not only that, we were told that it didn’t charge us because their “online charging wasn’t working” my wife and I tried to show/tell her that I had already been charged but they didn’t care to listen, now I got charged twice and will be reaching out to corporate to report.

I dont have issues whenever I order here. I do follow the 'check the bag' rule just incase. Recently the nuggets have been overcooked half of the time I go but I love going with friends and just having fun.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 pies, while managers were sitting in the lobby eating their own food. Forgot to instruct to drop my pies so had to wait even longer. Very disappointed. On top of waiting forever on my lunch break the manager was playing around with employees….goofing off. Way to go Lumberton!! Get it together🙄🙄🙄🙄

Rude rude rude. Terrible experience tonight. Staff couldn't keep up and were having little tantrums in the back. Then taking it out on the customer. 1 star and that's because the food was "McDonald's quality" at least. But they forgot the sauce and their customer service manners.

Everytime we visit this McDonald’s it has cold fries/food. My kids LOVE McDonald’s so this is disappointing for them. They always have nice workers but the food here is NOT good. Do not go to this McDonald’s if you want warm fresh food.

Love Macdonald’s try to keep my kids away cause is all they want to eat is really addicting and the service in Lumberton is always been good and fast! Love the spicy chicken sandwich omg

This 24 hour Mac shack is awesome for nuggets hot fresh and banging at 12am for 20 PC at 5.50 and it's on.
