Updated 8/23/2021: just avoid this Sonic. Two other cars and it take 20+ min to get food at 9 am. The food will not look anything like what you ask for and they will skimp on ingredients. See picture attached of "Premium Burrito ULTIMATE Meat & Cheese" where there were only two tots and barely any meat.
This place really depends on the staff working. Sometimes it's great and other times you'll have to get them to fix issues. Never a problem with rush hour just who is paying attention to what goes in your bag.

On a couple occasions our food was very old and unedible.. My burger was a mess and so hard on one side I couldn't eat it on my last trip.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE USING THE SONIC APP/INTERNET. Every time that I have ordered something from this store using the internet the order that I actually receive at arrival has been completely incorrect. Today I ordered a Reese’s blast using the Sonic App but when the order came to me it was a wildly different flavored shake and not even a blast! This has happened many times with drinks when ordering online.When ordering at the stall, your order comes back fine and everything is good. Just do not order online or else IT WILL BE WRONG.
A minor complaint I have is that whenever ordering mozzarella sticks at the stall, there is 50/50 chance that sauce will be included. Even after the employee asked what type of sauce I would like, I will get home and see that no marinara sauce was included in the bag. Only happens at this store.

Stopped here for a quick snack mid afternoon. The young lady who took my order was short and curt, but the young man who delivered my food was very pleasant. The food was fine.

I gave it a 3 because the smoothies and milkshakes be bussin i feel that is what its known fir but the tenders burgers and fries etc. so trash they need too do better with the food to get a 4 or 5 and be top tier its is not good at all

Two separate experiences.
1st experience I placed an online order, got there and was told they didn't have what I ordered so I asked to cancel it.
Waited over 7 minutes because they couldn't figure out how to refund an order that was paid through the app.
2nd experience...
Ordered through the app, waited 5 minutes, then five more, then 5 more until I eventually rang for a manager because cars that came after me were leaving before me. She explained the kitchen was slow, that doesn't explain how orders that came AFTER me were received BEFORE me. Finally got my food and the burger was cold.
Unimpressed with this location Sonic

Ordered a caramel sundae with peanuts and the caramel had an unusual taste and the ice cream was very soft.

Typical Sonic. Fast food with no frills. I had to ask for ketchup for my fries.
