Applebee's

Seated at a dirty booth by a flirting staff member, we were told that our booth we be cleaned immediately after 15 minutes we asked to speech to manager who informed us that ALL she could do was say she was "sorry". Wow! Because, it wasn't our fault that she was under staffed and the acting cook. Really? We still decide to stay because we love the food and this isn't their normal, per our experience. However, we our now 30 - 45 minutes into our seating we have placed our order and we have yet to receive silverware, napkins or appetizer flatware, but we have gotten our appetizer and it is lukewarm. OMG! Our server apologized over and over.

I was anxiously awaiting for having a great dinner with my family; only to be severely disappointed. I ordered the Oriental salad, the portion was so small, I had to double check if I ordered a half order instead of a full salad. The waitress informed us that was how it was and the cooks in the kitchen must not have been serving correct portions. My sweet tea did not taste sweet and it cost 2.98! The restaurant was not busy at all. In fact, our waitress had been sitting in a booth with other servers when we arrived. When we left, the hostess and some other employees were sitting, lounging near the bar. In addition, I ordered the same salad to go for my mother. When I saw the amount of the salad in her container, it was double what I had received. We won't be back to this location, now I know why the restaurant and the parking lot was empty at 7:30 pm on a Friday night.

Have been a couple of times, trying different things, but food at this restaurant is always dry. Service only good some of the time. Went in for last time the other day. Waitress brought our drinks..and the whole time wiping snot from her nose. We canceled our order, finished our drinks and left. Wished we had not had the drinks. She made J sick with what I am hoping is only a cold. Also, not the first time children in back booth while parent working.

Had an amazing experience out here today with my girlfriend and her family for her sister's birthday. The food wasn't all that great, because it's Applebee's, but it was the service alone that garnered this 5 star review. All thanks to one waitress named Kim, who was utterly fantastic and accommodating. Always on point with drink refills, very helpful menu suggestions, and even when 2 of the orders were incorrect, she had the steaks remade to the appropriate specifications and back to the table before the rest of the party even made it halfway through their respective meals. Thank you so much, Kim! This 5 star review is for you and you alone!
