I recently visited The big grill with my team for a pre-Diwali lunch, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. We had opted for the buffet, but the offerings failed to live up to our expectations. The starters were underwhelming, to say the least. They lacked the spark that usually accompanies such dishes. There was a distinct absence of that 'wow' factor, leaving us hoping for more from the subsequent courses. Moving on to the main course, it was disappointingly average. None of the dishes stood out, and there was a certain lack of finesse in their preparation. It was a missed opportunity to showcase the culinary expertise that one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The service, unfortunately, was also lacking. The staff seemed to be in no particular hurry to attend to our needs, which led to a considerable wait for the second round of dim sums. This sluggishness in service was a noticeable dampener on what was supposed to be an enjoyable team outing. Surprisingly, the desserts managed to salvage some of the experience. They were comparatively better than the earlier courses, offering a sweet note to end the meal on. However, it was a bittersweet ending to an otherwise lackluster culinary journey. I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes note of these shortcomings and works towards elevating the dining experience for its patrons.

One of the best buffets in the town. It is even better than some of the Barbecue Nation branches. Recently visited and had an amazing experience over the place. The starters are very good veg and non-veg. I loved fish fingers and chicken tangri. The main courses and the sweet fish are high in quality and taste. Service is very good and even the chef was checking with people and taking feedback. Overall a mesmerising experience over the dinner.

A good place for a Buffet. Friends / families can attend. We went for food, it was great. Loved the food, service was good. Should have given a complementary drink or something. I won't say it's better than this place or that place, but they made a separate place for themselves. They could work on ambience a little more.

The One and only outlet of The Big Grill in Lucknow. In the list of buffet restaurants in Lucknow, The Big grill deserves a special mention. This rather recent addition to the list is a well maintained spacious buffet restaurant at the Phoneix Pallasio Mall Shaheed path. The menu for both the starters and the main course is a very extensive one. Like in most buffet restaurants post The barbeque nation, the grilled starters are done on the table itself and some additional starters are served fresh from the kitchen. Both the veg and non-veg starters were great and the Chat counter, pizza counter and dim sum live counter were good additions. The main course also has a huge range covering Indian, continental and Chinese items in both veg and non-veg options. The hearty meal is completed by a big range of desserts!! the staff is very courteous and prompt service makes it a good value for money experience

One of the greatest buffet restaurants of the city, they have great variety of options to choose from. They even give pizza and dumplings which is not what you generally get in barbeque nation or other buffet restaurants. Great taste and decent ambiance makes it delightful experience for anyone who dines here.
