Out of all the Subway’s in Lubbock this is by far the best location! The staff is super nice and they always make the best sandwiches! When I ask for extra toppings they give me EXTRA. I find that other locations can’t compare to the great work that they do at this location! My favorite people and favorite Subway!

I love Subway and I did order late (9:30), but my bread was stale and I didnt have much dressing. I will chalk it up to it being late, but it still was disappointing. I would still order again to give it a shot during daytime hours.

Mobile order ‘never came though,’ corporate had no issue finding it and calling the store with my order. The only guy working tried to argue with me about the address of the store even.... it’s written on the building multiple places and he kept saying I was wrong. After reaching out to corporate and them calling the store, he finally agreed to make the order. My veggie wrap was smaller than my hand and tiny with 2 cucumbers (asked for extra) and 1 tomato. The veggie wrap is advertised as double the veggies as the regular sandwich def not true with this location.

AJ made us an excellent sandwich. He was great so was the sandwich. Somebody give this man a raise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. .Go let AJ make you a killer sandwich. Thanks AJ we will be back.

Walked in and already the line was very pushed back because the workers there were working at an incredibly slow rate . After waiting in line for 30 minutes for 2 people it was finally my turn to order . I asked for a meatball sub just for them to tell me they were out of meatballs . I was mad but kept my respect only for the guy to give me additude because I asked if he can make more . So I walked out and now I am writing this . Horrible service 2 times in a row I don't even want to discuss the last time I was there . Subway do way better because your service as of right now is unacceptable .

It's Always Taste's So Great. Just Soooo Busy All the Time I feel bad When There is only One Worker working I don't know why they don't have 2 people working at once All the Time!! The New Guy was Awesome 👌 handled everything well

Went to this Subway tonight 8/21. They were very busy, with only one worker. Said he was by himself and Mgr had already left. I must say, the smile on his face and happy attitude were very refreshing. Took time with each customer to get their order just right. Subway should be very pleased with this employee and his hard work.
