The bun was toasted, nice and warm. Service was slow, but given the fact that nobody wants a job these days, it was about what I expected. Burger was dry. Some of the bacon actually got on the burger. My wife's order came back wrong. The bun was toasted, nice and warm. Not many fries.

Had to wait to get seated because the rest of our party was walking in the door and not standing there. The host was not one with the most, well maybe in attitude. Don't seat incomplete parties although I watched three parties get sat incomplete. Two tables that were sat after us were finishing up their meals when we finally got ours. Would be a one star but the waitress was quite polite and nice.

The grilled chicken salad was phenomenal. My wife had the breakfast plate with beacon, eggs and pancakes and she said it was delicious. The hostess was phenomenal as she was hosting, waiting on tables, taking orders and delivering food for the entire restaurant. She was top notch as she doing a 3 person job.

Sorry, I prefer Denny's. The food is just not as good at IHOP. My hash browns were a little burnt and dry. I even find the pancakes better at Denny's. The service was great and my dad likes it because it is close. So, not bad just not my first choice.

The whole experience was great! the food was awesome and the server(Mona Salazar) was phenomenal. She remembered our names and made my family feel comfortable and made us all laugh. The best place so far!!

I wish I remembered our waitresses name, she was incredibly sweet, if you served a woman with brown hair wearing a star dress and my nicely dressed husband. On Feb 24th at around 10. You were so sweet to us. Food was incredible and wonderful price. 10/10 will go back

Told us we to wait 5 minutes and then she will seat us. There were only 2 tables open when we got there. This old lady that works late shift on a Sunday night (2-27-2022)is the hostess, waitress and bus girl all in one. After 30 minutes, still not seated. She even got the to go order of a customer that walked in after us which infuriated me. I don’t like someone bussing tables and touching dirty plates and then serving me my food. That’s gross! And then she handles money on top of that being the cashier also. And she has this mannerism where she licks her lips and touch her face when handling the cashier. Disgusting. Got my wife and 2 kids and immediately left. Will not come back!
