I would definitely eat here again! The weekend prime rib special was a TON of food for a reasonable price. I enjoyed the kidney bean salad and cole slaw that came to the table ahead of the salad. Bread was fantastic and tasted freshly baked. The prime rib was delicious and so were the garlic mashed potatoes. The atmosphere was lively, servers were attentive, and diners were leaving there happy and full.

It was funny. The waitress was SO knowledgeable and attentive with my food allergies that I thought she was kind of on auto-pilot. She came back after five minutes and told me I shouldn't get the baked potato because it has sea salt on it.
All the stars. Great food, great service, very fair price.

I'm just sorry there isn't 6 stars for this place. Before I tell you just how good this place is allow me to tell you about Kim. She is a world class server! She was so attentive, engaging, and informative that I will ask for her by name. The prime rib Kim recommended was awesome and my wife's filet very good. The garlic whipped potatoes are incredible and the cocktails are very well made. Go my now for this great value with awesome service. Thank you all at McVey's!

We enjoyed our trip to McVeys. We had a party of 3. Two of us had the broasted chicken and it was amazing! One of us a combo and enjoyed the chicken but found the steak to be tough. We would definitely go back and look forward to it, anxious to try a few other things on the menu. Our waitress was efficient, helpful, and made our dinner very enjoyable. The only complaint was the steak. Thank you for a great dinner, otherwise.

Cooked perfectly, steak tender and flavorful and shrimp just right. Garlic mash potatoes...I loved them. Great price. Nice place...

We stumbled upon this little gem while we were out and about. Very friendly staff. Nice and quaint. Nestled in a little downtown area of Lowell. Drinks were good. Food was delicious. Prices were great. We will definitely go back again. Nice atmosphere.

Ok....first time there. I will definitely be back. Couple people told me ya gotta go there so I did.
Joe the bartender was great. The staff were on top of things all around. These ladies knew their stuff..

The seating and lighting is very uncomfortable. It feels like ur at a group orientation. Absolutely no privacy whatsoever, I mean if you are on a date and don't want the whole room to know your life story you will be disappointed. The perch was rubbery. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the server was very nice and did a good job.
