Mcdonald's

We have been going to the McDonald's drive thru in Lowell Michigan for years. In the last month and a half, one a week or so. My wife and I believe that our last three interactions there we have been shorted a food item. And because we are out on the road heading somewhere we just forget it and continue on. At 1 p.m. today we were shorted a dbl quarter pounder and went back around and waited in line. The young woman that spoke to us on the speaker was short with us and accusatory. When she confirmed our order, she said. Your all set, go back through the line. Frankly we would normally not care about this, however it has now been 4 consecutive instances. Do not leave the drive through, without verification of your order. It seams so consistently wrong we believe it is intentionally being done with the expectation that you will not spend the 15 minutes trying to get the remaining portion of your order. Then to have the young women be short, un apologetic really tops it off. Have fun and verify everyone.

Waited in line 15 minutes to get ice cream for my Grandchildren when we got to order window girl said no ice cream available. Ice cream machine was broken! Well put on markee, no ice cream at this time ! So we went to Arby's and got the most excellent mint chocolate chip shakes !! Arby's saved the day and minimal line !

I used to have no problem with McDonald’s, but lately they’ve been going down hill. Last week they made me pay for the wrong order and never gave me my money back. One drive through worker Reina has been cutting me off when I’m order instead of asking “will that be all?” Or “anything else?” Nope she just straight up cuts it off when I’m not finished. Also they keep forgetting my sauce that I order. Chicken nuggets are over cooked.
