Huddle House

When we came in there was 1 waitress running the restaurant with the help of someone who was obviously trying to leave. While waiting an obviously late waitress sauntered in and promptly did NOTHING to help. I took this picture after I had watched my food sit on the counter for over 5 minutes waiting for my husbands to be ready while the other waitress sat there on her phone. I had fully intended to keep the receipt and give my feedback but we were on our way to the beach and lost it while on vacation. COLD food and poor service. This is not consistent with our local huddle house experiences and I hope this location is addressed. We won't be back! I even commented to my waitress about the lack of teamwork from her coworker and she just laughed it off. My sympathy died however when she disappeared outside while I several of us were waiting to pay. My husband who was outside smoking a cigarette explained she was doing a drug deal in the parking lot. WTH Huddle house!

Came in at 2 on a Sunday. Only about 4 tables full. An hour later we started getting our food. It came out 1 dish at a time spaced so far apart that we didn't eat together. And it was VERY greasy. The staff was friendly, but the a/c was on high, which I'm sure they may have been comfortable but we were freezing. Who needs the a/c on when it's 50' outside? I think this may be why it's called the "Huddle House"; You have to just to stay warm.

Just go to the huddle house in Wrens. Waited an hour for first order for young toddlers,5-10 minutes more for another orders of ours, then about ten minutes later I asked for mine to go. Food was good, I mean it’s huddle house of course it’s good, but that’s because the cooks were great. The waitress was lazy, walking in and out, socializing and not working, mixing up orders, and received complaints from her coworkers.

Tonight I went to Louisville huddle house it was almost packed young lady who I later learn is Kat. She held it down ran around that place like she was 18. When I got my food it was mouth watering. Yes for his cooking I will wait. I rather wait for food that is from the heart and delicious then dry. So tonight I have given 5 stars for friendly fast. Cooking and that server she held it down... Giving the cooks orders so he knew what was coming held him kept giving him encouragement. I will be back . I will be back for the Hannah team. And my wait time was only 15 mins . come check out the hannahs!!!!

Omg!!!! Since the new take over the food and staff are 100% better!!!!! Reminds me of the old days!!!! I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was very polite and PROFESSIONAL!!! The days of rude staff are over!! Love this and will be back more often!!!! Keep up the good work Huddle House!!! Glad to see ya back in business!

The staff is considerate, caring, friendly, and professional. During our shelter in place order, we were able to order groceries through Huddle House and coordinate with the staff to meet and pick up the groceries. The products and produce were fresh and the price point was great -- able to get a large amount to store/freeze. The staff went out of their way to check on us and to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend supporting this business -- they were there for us when we needed them. Big Thank you for management and staff!
