It's so wonderful going in a place with friendly folk. It's been sometime since I have visited this location. However Haywood the young African American guy was very helpful with my needs. His customer service and respect goes along way. So kudos to subway for spotting out the good guy. Sorry my tuna sub was demolished lol

Every time I place a phone order for a later pickup, my order is completely messed up. I ordered a sub over the phone to pick up later and didn’t get ANY of the toppings I ordered. It doesn’t matter how early I place a pick up order, my subs are still completely wrong.

I ordered a chicken sub and got salami and pepperoni. My father in law ordered something else and got salami and pepperoni as well. The person making our food either didn’t know what he was doing or had a very poor attitude. And from what I saw the people who ordered ahead of us got salami and pepperoni as well. He legit just threw meat on the subs and didn’t listen to any customer.

This is the best Subway around. It is a family business and they are very hard-working. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. They prepare their veggies fresh each day and don't ever give you stale bread.

The guy serving, both times I've been in , has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude , doesn't acknowledge people, nor make any attempt at being pleasant.
The two girls I've seen there both were great and saved the day both times. If not for them I'd hardly even give a 1 star.

Horrible service...... My wife is 8 months pregnant and was craving a Teriyaki salad. We placed a order online because you we really hate going out during this pandemic. Picked up the salad and got home(3 minutes from restaurant) and it was so soggy you could barely pick it up with a fork. Obviously we tossed it directly in the trash and called management. It took two days to get in touch with the manager. Finally we did and he (Lucas) informs us that the owner Devin informed him to tell us (customer) that he’s not refunding the money or providing a more credible meal. We are so disappointed with this SUBWAY in LOUISA COUNTY VA and it’s the worst subway establishment around. You guys will never receive another penny from my family and myself. It’s hard enough in this time, citizens barely working and you have to deal with this inhumanly nature. God bless you

So it's cool that in these weird times staff recognizes patrons even behind a mask! Mom and I stopped by while out running errands - ordered her usual - BLT with spinach instead of lettuce. I had the cheese steak. As usual, "made the way ya like it."
*Miss sitting down inside to eat, listening to slightly too loud 80s and 90s rock and pop. Sat in the truck to grub during a thunderstorm *
