This location is only open during the hours of business hours for the work crowd mainly because of the unique location being right beneath the City National Bank tower. Don't judge it by its size though, for how small the location is, it's actually pretty quick in producing it's drinks. Try to avoid the hours when people are headed to work, primarily between 8am and 9am is when the line is the longest. It's deceiving though because it moves pretty swiftly. Although it's underground in a small stand-like location, there's a lot of seating in the food court area or if you want some sun, head up the escalators to the plaza outside.
