Very nice spacing and layout. Good to meet people there. For this being Los Altos, I was shocked at the bathroom cleanliness (trash, hairs, etc.) and the main store. The drink was fine; customer service was non-attentive.

Nice little shopping center. Back in the old days you could see a lot of greenery while sitting in here.

It's not really different from any other Starbucks, which is to say that it's great! The only downfalls are the long line and the fact that I can never catch them or really any other Starbucks with the cold brew whipped cream pre-made. Ordering ahead on the app is highly suggested with any Starbucks to avoid the line, and this one is no different. Even with the crowd, they made my drinks quickly and without any hiccoughs, even though my drinks are always complicated (I'm particular). The area was clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly, polite, and professional. Customer service is not always easy, and it's usually a thankless, low-paying job, so thanks to everyone there for all you do!

Curbside available some days, others not. Frustrating. Decaf took over 15 minutes -not a big fan of walking in three times to check up on the drink, would have preferred curbside to be an option. Will stick to a drive through location

Pick up during covid was easier at this store than others. Staff able to use speakers to manage lines outside. Curbside not available.
