Dunkin'

When this Dunkin is actually open, it can be really good. But like today I ordered ahead of time and showed up, and they had closed before the hours posted. No idea when they closed. But now I have to wait till tomorrow (since today is Sunday) to call to see if I can get a refund because I paid for a drink that I'm not going to receive.

This Dunkin’ has the worst service when they decide they will be actually open. Been several times during the week around 6:00 and they are closed when the website says till 8:00p.m. Today we went at 4:30 and they were closed. I called the other Dunkin’ in the area and they were open. If you really want a Dunkin and consistent service go down the road on 434 in winter Springs they are the nicest employees and they follow the schedule that is posted on the website.

This store needs some help. Just like the other reviews say this store is closed more than open. I understand being short staff but the turn off your third part delivery tablets so that the delivery driver doesnt sit in the drive thru line for 30 min because Lobby is close only to be told they aren’t doing delivered for the day. They are always and I mean ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. And not just donuts. I understand consumer and delivery issues but to be out of gloves and straws? Go to Walmart and buy gloves or to dollar tree. There’s one across the street. It takes at least ten minutes just to get someone to say hello in the drive thru line

We had a vehicle that we brought to the shop across the street at Automotive One. We figured we would grab coffee next door at Dunkin Donuts. The staff although friendly kept coughing quite often and although I appreciate them washing their hands she was sick. Not only was she sick she was handling food and interacting with others. Not the best feeling when your area is in the flu season. The place itself was clean and had comfortable seating options including a outdoor patio. The store also had fast Wifi and charging options for laptops etc. We got a run of the mile iced coffee and bagel toasted with cream cheese. Nothing special but tasted fine.
