Pizza Hut

This particular location of pizza hut really needs an update and to be staffed better. They make hut standard pies but the kitchen and building literally date back to the 70s and even though they have a POS that takes online orders most of the kitchen equipment has not been updated for decades. This gave the place a great classic vibe pre covid but since orders come in all day relentlessly now and they only have like one driver on staff on a weeknight and are doing door dash orders and stuff, it's a long wait for even a pickup order called ahead. There are just like only three people back there at any given time, and they're doing their best, you can see them at it, making pizzas like there's no tomorrow. But they just don't have enough help from the franchisee or corporate or whoever owns the joint. They need better equipment and more people to keep providing hut quality pizza at the rate they are requested to provide it.

Updated review so they send me free pizza coupons and give me credit to come back try again this what happens a few months later 02/08/2018 So I had a credit because the last visit they never made our pizza, this time I order one thin crust with pineapple and Half mushrooms. Then another pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and olive pan crust. The Receipt was right ut food was not both came thin crust no olives no mushrooms no pineapple. So I found this when I got home had to drive back into town. They gave me $8 back and put the $20 credit back on my account. Twice in a row, they really need to hire some new employees. Update review from another experience on 11/17/2017 Ordered our food in person, paid cash and waited for 45 min they said it was the next one out, another 15 minutes later they determined that they never even made our pizza. Worst service ever, thanks for wasting an hour of our time during dinner we had to go eat somewhere else. Prior review I like to get take out but, cleanliness is an issue. The carpet is dirty wit the ground in food and greasy look and tables are dirty . I think a slight update to the floor at minimum . Spend a little time to wipe down the tables. Would increase you rating.

This is worst pizza hut ever! I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Long enough to get tired of waiting and drive there. I got there and still on hold I waited in line as I watched people call in and get orders taken. I said I've been on hold for over 20 minutes and still on hold. I just had a dumfounded look, so I proceeded to order. Well guess what I was told that the deals on their website was for Portland stores only. I'm so done with these people, and I'm telling everyone I know.
