Starbucks

First time visiting@ this Starbucks near the Oregon bridge in Longview& it was a great experience! I ordered a sandwich that was called a spinach Feta Wrap. It was a tasty treat. I provided pictures of my Strawberry Acai lemonade drink & wrap on our visit with Myra&friends the staff was kind& hospitable. I told Kym, th barrista I wld take a picture &post. Kym&her co-worker on such weekday provided smiles&great customer service during our visit...thanks 4 a great experience at Oregon Way Starbucks!

I appreciate that they are consistent when I order my drink from different baristas. That doesn't always happen at other locations. This next part is about Starbucks in general not just this location, but I love that when I forget my wallet at home that I can still purchase a coffee by using their mobile app to pay! Beacuse who doesn't need a coffee on days when they forget their wallet at home? Genius!

Bathrooms were really dirty and I could tell that they had been neglected for a while. There was no toilet paper, garbage on the floor and when I mentioned it to the shift supervisor, she didn't even apologize. She made an excuse about not being able to check on them. I am a shift supervisor as well and her response was completely unprofessional and against starbucks standards. On the up side.... the barista made my drink the right way.

I personally don't like Starbucks but I took my visiting sister-in-law. We asked to load $50 on her Starbucks app but the put the $50 on a gift card she was clearing out. They threw away the gift card with $28.95 on it. We realize the mistake the next day when we returned to another Starbucks on hour away. The store couldn't fix it told us to call customer service. We did. They said email receipt. We did. We got back a form letter telling us many if our questions could be answered on line! They didn't even READ the email nor acknowledge the receipt! We called again and the customer service rep couldn't help us more access our email/problem EVEN WITH THE REFERENCE # the email told us to reference! When I asked for a supervisor he said they were unavailable. When I asked his name or ID # he said it was AGAINST Company policy to reveal that information. I asked if he worked for Starbucks and he said yes and then he hung up on me! Lol Unbelievable So far I've spent over 1.5 hour on the phone. Sent 2 emails. Filled out 2 email surveys they sent me. No resolution and still out $28.95.
