I dont mind the high prices for burgers here, but I do mind that you have to check your orders before you pull off. I only ordered 2 burgers with a few add ons, the receipt was right so I went home to find the order was wrong. Very very frustrating with a baby I can't just get back out like that. They did offer to make it right with asking us to return so they could give us the extra 1 patty and jalapeños that they forgot. We opted to go back another day. And I sure hope they don't just offer one single patty and jalapeños when I return. That would be insane, they should remake the entire order. Generally I would give whataburger 4 stars because of the wait time. But today its just 3 because ppl make mistakes and the food is delicious and usually always hot

Waited 10 minutes at 7am for a bacon cheeseburger. On top of it..bacon is very uncooked. Don't suggest this place...specially for us truck drivers. Just stay at the TA.

Always have a good experience with this whataburger. Just check your food before you leave. If it is busy they will forget something.

If I could give a 0 i would! They constantly get your order wrong. You can't call them because they have an automatic message that says thank you for calling and hangs up on you. This is the third time they've gotten my order wrong and it will definitely be the last. Plus the food was cold

Food was cold. Burger pattie has shrunk considerably since the buyout. What a shame for this to happen to a good company.
