The person taking our order was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. I don't know her name because she never said it. Sonic really needs to teach the employees better customer service skills. I am a CSR and this wouldn't be acceptable at my job!

We customized 3 meals, received our order quick and everything was correct! We were very impressed.

This Sonic repeatedly has a broken ice-cream machine after 8:00. Tonight I asked if they had a cookies and cream milkshake. After employees conversing, "No mam, we have Oreo. This was later given to us with ice- cream all over the cups. Someone behind me ordered a sweet tea. Their container was empty so the one at the window told her they didnt have any. This Sonic needs a food manager.

This Sonic has the best staff friendly courteous with a smile. Plus they charge way less for a route44 ice water with lemon than any other Sonic in East Texas!!
