Subway

One of the worse customer service experiences! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, especially one older female who works the afternoons. This location is closest to my job, so I have been about three/four times hoping the experience wouldn't be so bad but it seems to get worse with each visit! I feel as if I am bothering when I ask for extra spinach and a cup for water. I get the eyes rolling and cold shoulder. The rest of the staff isn't much friendlier either. None of the workers smile, greet or seem to even care about there customers, especially if they are of hispanic decent as they appear to be more rude with hispanics. My recommendation is to drive a little further if you are in the area to another subway.

Meant to post this on Sunday. But when it comes to subway aren’t you and the other person (working there) supposed to help each other. Sorry straight to my point I saw a employee who was all by himself or so I thought. While making 6 sandwiches he had to make and ring up the sandwiches. I don’t remember his name but later on when I was up to pay it was 3:08pm and some guy came out of the back and told me to wait while he clocked in (The other employee wasn’t happy). Later the one who made all subs asked the other employee why he didn’t help even though he wasn’t clocked in. Appearantly the other employee didn’t want to clock in before 3. Yet I believe he could have helped him because most people were in a rush. I don’t remember the employees name. But I saw him stocking the chips and cooler before I was leaving. I’m glad that the employee didn’t fight and acted mature about the situation. Apperantly when his coworker asked how my meal was going I told him why he didn’t help and he just left. I envy the guy who was making all the subs in just 10 mins. And he was interacting with customers and making subs.

I eat at Subway on Hover and Nelson frequently and always have a good experience. Sadly I cannot say the same for this location. I hope that the owner reads this and follows up with their staff. I ordered a Club. The roast beef was noticeably undercooked but I thought "oh well" then I see that the spinach is slimy and wilted.. (I think, gross but Im in a hurry). I get back to work (Im a nurse so I rush to eat) and I see that the meat is iridescent! I don't even know what that means (spoiled meat perhaps? Contaminated with something?? IDK, but to say the least, I did not finish the sub and will not be returning to this location again..
