Wendy's

After telling the girl taking my order what I wanted TWICE, I still got the wrong food. When I took it up & told them, it took 3 people to give me the right sandwich. I had ordered a cheeseburger & got chicken. When I sat to eat my cheeseburger, the bun was hard & cracked, the fries were ice cold, & I got the wrong drink. My husband & I got the same food & it cost us $22 for awful food. That was our LAST trip to Wendy's.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich. I specifically asked for extra mayonnaise on both sandwiches!!! I did get what I asked for and the girl who confirmed that it was not a problem, turned out it was a problem. Very disappointing! Another girl did join my order conversation but she was very rude! And trying to rush me! I hope it doesn't happen again! I've been coming to Wendy since it opened. I will visit again, maybe not to soon. I need time to get over this very disappointing service and sandwiches.

I WILL NOW AVOID THIS WENDY'S. If your food tastes abnormal -don't eat it! No clue what kind of corners they are cutting here but food is toxic. Food here tastes worse than other locations for a year but still decent until tonight. My usual 2 sandwiches tasted funny- not normal and not good. I ate them anyway- MISTAKE. Worst headache I've had this year. Eyes feel like they're gonna explode. If you get headaches etc from food at this location- please report so Wendy's can fix things. Thank you

Wendy's has been a tried-and-true especially through this pandemic . with their $5 menu and their always tasty Dave's single double and triple menus. I applaud whoever's training the staff as well because they are being friendly and patient and faithful to the customer's with excellent service. Thank you Wendy's -Lorena
