Arby's

2 for $6 is really complicated for you guys... 2 roast beef sandwiches and 2 Arby's sauce that weren't even in the bag somehow took you 15 minutes. Maybe if your other drive guy wasn't wasting time just waking back and forth and actually put in some work this really REALLY SIMPLE order could have been a 5 star but I don't think you even deserve a 1 star it was honestly the most pathetic fast food service I've ever seen.

I was not as happy this time around. I usually have an excellent experience at this Arby's but it was different this time. My order was missing a sandwich as well as the two orders of jalapeno poppers. I didn't notice it til we were close to Ft. Collins and I just decided to feed the kids with what was there and went without myself. Hope you do better next time

Don’t waste your time with this location. This is the third time in the last month I have tried to support this establishment and dine in. Every time the dinning room has been closed during peak lunch hours. Just tried again at 12:30 on January 3rd. Clearly the manager can’t staff the restaurant properly when all the others nearby can. Makes you wonder what else they can’t manage properly? They are likely not providing competitive wages. Don’t support them. Update: 5/28. @ 1:00pm. Dinning room STILL closed. I guess this business doesn’t like making money. Won’t be getting any of mine. Worthless management

I sat at the speaker Box for over 7 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then I was given the excuse at the window that the guy in front of me had cut the line and it was OK because he was doordash I ordered my $23 meal for one person and neglected to look in the bag. By the time I got home it was too late. Never got my fries Which were included in the meal that I ordered.. You guys are just as bad as every other place. You just charge more. Thanks for making my night extra special.

Arby's was always a safe bet in Pennsylvania, but we have given the Firestone Arby's 4 chances and been disappointed each time. In our most recent order, which was during the lunch rush, the food was somehow old. Of 2 roast beef sandwiches, 1 was totally dry. Of 2 chicken tender sliders, wan was a bit old, the other was so old that it was gray, hard, and crumbly inside. None of the sides were in the bags, so we missed our curly fries and mozzarella sticks. They gave a regular sized straw for an Andes Mint shake, so the straw was clogged with mint chunks most of the time.
