Firehouse Subs

I'm so sad! We used to have excellent food and service here. Haven't been in awhile and decided to make the drive from Frederick. Staff was uninterested and everyone seemed high. Ordered to go. Our two sandwiches took forever to be made. We were finally handed our order of two brisket sandwiches. The bag was covered with BBQ sauce handprints. My husband had to wipe the bag off before leaving. Staff just stared at us. Got home to discover they gave us roast beef slices (not brisket) SMOTHERED in so much sauce it was all over the sandwich boxes, inside the bag, and all over the outside of the sandwich. Everything including the pickle was gross. Literally two slices of meat and that's it. We paid $27 for this order and everything about it was wrong. I hope I don't get sick from the quarter of it I ate.

When scouting this area for places to eat I happen to come upon this location along Clover Basin Rd. It has many different restaurants but I decided on a sub for my meal of choice. As I enter and walk up to the counter, there was no greeting nor a "Can I help you?" Just a blank expression on her face. The sub itself was good piled high with meat and other fixins and it had a sweet and tangy sauce. Not bad experience overall and I did like how they used a cardboard sandwich shaped box for take out orders instead of just wrapping it up in paper like other sub places tend to use.

Online ordering for pickup is usually never turned on by the employees here. Called to tell them that their online ordering wasn't working and the guy who answered the phone today sounded high as a kite and wasn't helpful at all, nor did he seem to care at all. Guess this place doesn't want any business and their employees definitely don't want to work. Sad, because one of my favorite subs is here and now me and my family will never be coming back to this place.

Really good sub shop in Longmont food is always good hot and fresh absolutely never disappointed. Bread is a little soggy from the Mayo however that doesn't really matter when you got a good sandwich. Also I think she's a manager if not she definitely leads like one but Danielle has really good customer service super friendly was very helpful to the questions I asked about the menu. Went into the Longmont store and the "children" working there were the most RUDEST people. They weren't working at all, the store wasn't busy at all. Then they said oh we haven't started making it yet. And their attitudes were the worst. I will not waste my time going there. And then they take a photo of our car like okay. The rudest rudest rudest
