Met up with a friend for a quick dinner before taking in a movie, and I think we both agreed that it was just OK. They have a Panda Express-like steam table area with ready-made food to go, and they also have table service. We opted for the table service. The menu looked promising, and I got their special combo Phnom Penh noodles. I wanted the regular egg noodles but they were out so I got their wide egg noodles instead, which I'd never had before. We also got an order of egg rolls. The soup itself was pretty good, with a light sweet broth much like Vietnamese Pho broth and full of interesting little bits (see photo). The wide egg noodles were kind of like fettucine, and while I would've preferred the regular egg noodles, these were fine. Overall a satisfying but not outstanding meal, but the egg rolls were late and they were not hot. Service was kind of hit-or-miss all around. It's decent, but I'm not in any hurry to come back.
