Subway

So I just had THE worst experience I've ever had at Subway in 18 years of being a loyal customer. I guess " Breanne" must have been arguing with her significant other or something because she had the look of death on her face and had a horrible attitude the entire time we we're there. She was obviously upset that we we're there and had to put her phone down to do her job...she rushed through everything, she over toasted my sandwich, put way to much sauce and mayo right in the middle of our sandwiches because she was trying to finish them as fast as possible and got my wife's sandwich completely wrong. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no, she then ripped the paper out of the printer and went straight to her phone to continue whatever she was doing before we walked in. We were starving and still couldn't finish the nasty sandwiches she made. Normally I wouldn't waste my time to even complain, but this tops the cake as far as really bad service. Someone who could be that negative and let their emotions get the best of them should not be in a customer service position. I will be there bright and early tomorrow to show the manager my horrible sandwich and tell the story of the worst Subway rep ive ever come across.

Subway really shot themselves in the foot with their five dollar footlong campaign a few years back. I came in and ordered a footlong tuna... $9 There is now literally no reason I should pick subway over literally any other sandwich shop with actually good sandwiches. Heck I can get a decent sushi lunch for the same price as their mediocre sandwiches. Shame.
