Extremely disappointed with this Pret in London. No restroom for customers—completely unacceptable for a café. It’s inconvenient, frustrating, and makes the whole experience unpleasant. You can’t enjoy your coffee or food properly when basic facilities aren’t available. I won’t be coming back until this is fixed.
