We ordered fish and chips and pizza
The fish ans chips was delicious, crispy and not not too oily, the pizza was ok, nothing special, in fact it could've been a bit crispier.
We orderes the cheese cake and it was definitely the highlight of the meal, creamy and paired with the icecream, it was delightful.
Staff were polite and the ambience was pleasant and warm

Myself and my partner where celebrating our anniversary, and decided to go to Vicinity for the afternoon tea experience. Location was amazing, river views with Tower Bridge and Butlers wharf as our backdrop. We were ushered by a young lady very friendly and accommodating especially when we asked to be seated away from the windows. Started off with a nice refreshing Pimms cocktail which was perfect on the palate. The afternoon tea was sublime, an array of finger sandwiches with fresh ingredients, the scones, macarons and tea was amazing. To the managing team of Vicinity and the hotel management I want to commend both ladies that took care of our experience and a "Best of Class" commendation to the lovely Lamya who was super attentive and even gave us a little anniversary surprise in the form of a small cake with icecream and a candle. Lamya thankyou for making this special day an amazing day for us both it really will make an everlasting memory. I wish you all the success in the world keep up the good work you'll go far

Lovely location. Could see the tower bridge from our table. Service was very accommodating and quick. We had burgers which tasted really nice. The interior of the restaurant is very stylish. We had a lovely evening.

We enjoyed all of the dishes we ordered. The staff was friendly and on top of service. We did not have reservations but they were able to seat us for lunch given the time we arrived as it did fill up as we were done.

Wow! We hosted a very special corporate event with Vicinity, celebrating 100 years in business. We couldn't have asked for more both leading up to the event and on the night. The whole team looked after us and our clients so well, making sure they were attentive and encouraging a fun atmosphere. Reni, Magali, Harry, Omar and everyone whose name I didn't manage to remember - we had the best evening, thanks to you and the absolutely awesome setting, directly opposite Tower Bridge. The canapes and then pizzas were delicious, the cocktails (including those not on the menu) were divine. The epitome of summer vibes! We'll be back!

Tahmid was SO GREAT!! The food was delicious and our server, Tahmid made it excellent. We got the afternoon tea and we were seated next to the window which gave us a great view of the tower bridge. The food was incredible and I could not recommend this restaurant more to visitors and locals alike.

Tahmid provided awesome service and the bartenders Harry and Omar are phenomenal! We have eaten here multiple times during our stay trying different items each time and have enjoyed everything. I highly recommend asking for a Chocolate Martini by Harry or an Omar Mocha Martini. They’re variations of the same drink each with a twist :). The wait staff works as a great team and want to also recognize the great service by Lamya and Valeria!
