Garlic bread with cheese was awfully dry and thin, burger was good.

Frankies and Benny's have come a long way in the past few years before wouldn't even contemplate going here but food is so much better! Guy who served us was fab, friendly and fast! Quick service, Ordered mozzarella dippers - the sauce is amazing! Pizza and spaghetti both were lovely! Would recommend booking if going to a busy show after but managed to book 2 days before a sold out show! Fairly priced as well. Would come again.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Wait times were short despite the restaurant being very busy on an event night. The system to alert us when a table was free was helpful. The food didn't come out all at once which is the only minor downside but not really a huge inconvenience. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Frankie and Benny's usually gets a kicking from reviewers and falls out favour compared to TGIs or comparable restaurants. I strongly disagree, went here before a very busy gig and was served very quickly and food arrived rapidly too, service was great. Food was great for the price in London too. Overall, great to see this business carry on

Had lunch here today after a disastrous attempt to get food at TGI Fridays..
Overall would say that F&B is fairly standard and very middle of the road. Partner had a hotdog that he really liked and my chicken burger was OK but nothing special.
Staff however were really friendly, polite and kind. We really appreciated how nice they were cosidering this kind of venue is often very busy at the o2.

Great food and very accommodating of allergens. Vegan cheezy garlic bread was lovely, meals great size, steak cooked to preference perfectly. Friendly and prompt service even on an event day

Reasonable enough prices and if you go on Sundays there is a two for one offer. I would advise that you stay away from the steak. Pricey and somewhat bland tasting. However, the cheaper rack of ribs are next level amazing. Huge size and great taste. Go on a Sunday and get two of these treat for the price of one.

Good place to go to for a bite prior to a gig. Relatively quick service, the servers are plesant, cheerful & general all round nice people. Camden Hells served on tap too (always a bonus). The Black & blue burger was lovely & the skin on chips are really nice too.

This was one of the best nights I had there in Frankie And Bennys in the O2.
It was a very great evening : warm, welcoming, good atmosphere and very kind and friendly and good staff.
The food was great and so was the service 5 out of 5 totally well deserved.
Thank you for giving me and my brother a great time here we will be coming back whenever we can again, they knew us both straight away as we went many times before our visit here tonight and they showed us to our table straight away.
It's nice to nice to people and it's great to get it back.
nothing was too much trouble for the staff and I made friends with the staff so nice.
It wasn't packed or busy since we went on Wednesday during the week it's nice to have less people around not so busy or noisy.
Thank you Kate for a great evening looking forward to seeing you serve us again soon!
