Went today 1/20/22 for lunch, before reading these reviews. Ordered chicken sandwich, was told to change order, all filets were in freezer. Dining area appeared clean but my husband went to restroom. Said it was nasty and that door handle didn't appear to ever have been cleaned. Another customer came in to pick up her order and heard them telling her she would need to change her order. Won't go to this location again.

Another terrible Experience with KFC as a whole. I place an order on your website, it processes and I am charged...just to go pick up my order the doors are locked and the Manager tells me i'm sorry we are closed and we can't control app orders which makes no sense at all. Now, keep in mind the store doesn't close till 10pm but at 9:15pm, when I arrive to pick up my confirmed order, they are closed. UNACCEPTABLE!! Now I must wait 10 business days for my refund. Thanks for absolutely nothing KFC once again. I'm done.

If I could give this place 10 zeros I would! Went on 03/20. Got a 8 piece chicken looked on the box could feed it to any one.. I tired calling a total of 10× not one answer. I will be paying them a good visit.

Sorry to say but your service sucks!!!! Don’t be rude to a customer by telling them they can’t pick up a order at the window! Then when I come in side you say the order is right here. What the heck! Either get new help that treats customers right or stop serving! No wonder you have a rating of a 2 point something! Ugh never here again!

@kfc ordered 12 wings, unsauced, and after the cashier run my debit card, she tells me it’ll be a 14 minute wait. It’s proper to let the customer know that there will be a wait to ensure the customer would like to wait 14 minutes!! Loganville, Ga., get it together.

Went there today and ordered crispy chicken and I get home it's original chicken and its undercooked. This is not the first time they have done this. I have been trying to reach them via phone and no one answers. Please go to the one in Grayson. The Loganville location is terrible. No stars from me

I got the 3 piece chicken special for eating in on Wednesday. The chicken was supposed to be extra crispy and it was all batter, very little meat. Also the flavors were missing. Don't think I'll be back for a while.

Had my order ready when we got there but since it was tied up in a bag did not check it. Found a couple items missing when I got home. Good food but lack of attention to the order.
