Dairy Queen

I am 73 years old and have been going to Dairy Queen since I was a young man. I always got a twist cone that was really a twisted cone. For 20 years I lived in Hillard Ohio and was always served a proper product. 3 years ago, I moved to Logan Ohio and no one here at DQ knows what a twist cone is, and it gets worse every time I go here. If I could post a 📸 of what it should look like I would. Next time I go in I'm going to show them what I want. It's not just the look, but it's the mix of the flavors. Totally disappointing.

I recently got the girl scout thin mint blizzard and asked if they could put cheesecake in it, the cashier said yes so I was so happy. Although, when I started to eat my blizzard I noticed that there were no cheesecake bites in my icecream, it was until the very end of my delicious blizzard that I noticed only 2 bites of cheesecake!!! I waited over 20 minutes for the 2 bites of cheesecake

Horrible experience. The older lady taking our order was rude. She kept cutting us off and demanding we order faster. We were there only people in line to order. No one behind us. When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was told the gm wasn't there( found out as we were leaving that she was sitting in the lobby, heard everything and did nothing but play on her laptop). The woman that did talk to me first acted like I was stupid and that she didn't care, even when I showed her our receipt still hanging out of the printer because the older lady wouldn't give it to us. Then she acted like she was scared to touch it and scared to say anything to anyone and just wanted to clean the lobby. They even messed up our order.

Super slow. Under staffed, which I understand, but the made our ice cream and let it melt on the counter while we waited 30 minutes for food. The girls were laughing about all the food being on the counter and no one taking it. Overall, very chaotic and disorganized. Maybe make ice cream after hot food.

So many things wrong with this location. When you order a blizzard and they fill the cup 2 inches from the top, that's not the size I ordered, at least fill the cup. The ice cream is so runny that there's no way they can flip them (they don't either), turn down the temps on your machines. They also didn't get our order right and I wasn't waiting for them to fix it with another mediocre blizzard.

It sucks. They always take a while and the food/ice cream literally always tastes like they did the bare minimum to get it made😕 The staff is typically friendly at least which is why I give it a two star. But yeah they can do better. If you all have ever been to Baltimore’s DQ, it’s the BEST!! Every DQ should get tips from them!
