Burger King

Ordered the two for 6 whopper and chicken sandwich. Why did they give me 2 chicken sandwich? This place is a waste of time, receipt is unreadable, didn't repeat my order back to me and told me to drive forward. The customer shouldn't have to check if you did your job right, i want my money back or a whopper

I had a bad morning, The only thing that was supposed to make me feel better was a cup of coffee. Only when I opened up my cup, There where thing floating in it. I ask the lady to please reserve my cup of Joe for a better and fresh one. She looked at my coffee and quickly replaced it with the fresh one I was happy and I did not lose confidence in this Burger King. Sometimes things happen, they happen at home they can happen anywhere so rest assured I will be there again.

They just don't care. My brother and I went there last night and asked for 2 Whopper Jr meals with cheese. We asked for fresh burgers, the drive thru person hesitated like I asked for a Big Mac, obviously was annoyed at my request. Needless to say the Whopper Jr's were not fresh and there wasnt cheese on either burger even though we paid for them. I'm just going to go to Chick Filet from now on, there employees care about the food and customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. I recently visited this Burger King and was very disappointed, I ordered a whopper value meal and chicken strips, the whopper was very cold from the bun to the cheese, my cheese wasn’t even melted and when I asked the employee why the sandwich is so cold she told me that they don’t melt the cheese! And she’ll make me another one, she also told me that the cheese sits on ice and that’s why it’s not melted, who wants to eat a cold cheese burger?Meanwhile in all of the pictures and commercials the cheese is melted, and the chicken strips were cold and horrible as well. This Burger King is lack luster and they don’t care how they serve the food. I don’t recommend this Burger King at all. Very disappointed. Over all a very bad experience.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service is so poor. I visited that branch with another family for dining in before they close at 10:00 PM. One family placed the order, I was on line to place an order for other family. The cashier wasn't behind the register, then he showd up around 10:02 PM and refused to take the order. He stated that the last order he can take is at 10:00 PM. I tried to explain to him that I was waiting and he wasn't behind the register but he continued refusing. I attempted to use the restaurant before I leave, the other worker told me they are already cleaned and closed for the day. I talked to burger king headquarters and filed a complaint, I was told that a branch manager would call me but it never happened. It seems like they don't care.
