Mighty Taco

I’m vegetarian, i very Specifically ordered bean burrito off Meatless menu - even emphasized my order - no meat. And sure enough i bit into a beef an cheese. I haven’t ate meat in over 15 years, i was mortified to say the least, spit it out, rinsed my mouth out. Drove at least three miles back. I voiced what happen i was very unhappy - the staff was not at all sympathetic to the trauma I just endured. This burrito cost a total of $3.19 before tax, i requested a full refund and a remake of the order, the guy said one or the other - which i think is total ludicrous considering the time, travel & sheer inconvenience of it all - as a ‘ good business ‘ would have cost the company literal pennies to remake. I received the $3.45 back and left. Will never do business there again, the manager was condescending and awful, So was the woman who took my order initially, she kept saying how “ she felt ok “. What??? She felt ok, i just bit into red meat i haven’t ate in over 15 years. I’m extremely dedicated to my diet Yet, no apology to me .. quite baffling Anyone taking the time to read this, please note quality control and customer service - SERIOUSLY - lack at this location.
