Scripts Cafe

This is a hidden gem! I don't get to Lockport that often but I will definitely time my visits around Scripts Cafe from now on. My grilled cheese with bacon could not have been better. There was a large selection of sandwich and panini choices but the line was moving too quickly for me to absorb them all this time. Good coffee. The cafe is small, with maybe seating for 25 if you aren't trying to social distance and all the tables were full the whole time we were there, though turning over regularly. No hanging out on your computer during lunch hour! Really good, I highly recommend.

Came here based on a coworkers recommendation while on a work visit to Lockport. Got the Scrips Club, very good, and a chocolate coffee shake (which was the real gem of the meal). It's a bit pricey but between quality and portion sizing it works out well. The staff was really cheery and seemed they all really seemed to be having a good time which, to me, is the sign of a good workplace. Will definitely come back next time I find myself in Lockport for work.

Food? Fantastic Customer service? Absolutely atrocious. My cousin and I ordered two sandwiches at the counter. We sat down and waited. 15 minutes later we decided to get it to go because we thought the food would have been up already because there were about 5 people inside, all who had eaten or were still eating. Another 15 minutes goes by and still nothing. I go ask what's taking so long and all the girls behind the counter are just standing there on their cell phones. A guy came from the kitchen and asked my name for the order. It had been sitting on the counter for a while now and no one told us. Food is cold now. Again, fantastic food, some of the absolute worst customer service.
