Wendy's

I love Wendy's burgers, salads, and chili!! It's a bit more pricey then other fast food places. The drive thru is usually pretty quick..check your bag though because they do tend to mess up on larger orders. I LOVE THE CHEDDAR BACON MELT with the bacon Jam!! I wish they would bring back the mushroom cheddar melt!

The people are pleasant. The food is hot. They havent taken cash for awhile now. They never have chili. Gone there a few times. I ordered a Asiago Chicken and they gave me a double cheeseburger. If you are craving food, go. If you want your order done a certain way or a certain item, might not happen. 🤷‍♀️

I asked for a jr. hamburger, and also said, no cheese, so of course the incompetent staff give me a jr. cheeseburger. go to return it and get the correct order and they don't apologize, don't prioritize the mistake, and of course don't offer to make up for my lost time or anything. no better than the pathetic McDonalds in Lock Haven. The manager was the only staff member not wearing his mask. He should be fired, but I bet ownership is as incompetent as the manager and staff.

I've been dining at Wendy's since it first opened in Lock Haven 40+ years ago. In my younger days, sometimes several times or more per week. Their food has been reasonability priced, it has always tasted good, and the service has been consistently prompt. Now, in 2021, many things about Wendy's have continued to improve but a few seem to have declined. During my last visit several days ago, they didn't have any hamburgers, large drink cups, or lids for their medium drinks and several visits prior to this one, they were also out of other various food items and/or supplies. Possibly this was a COVID-19 related disruption in their supply chain so I refuse to disparage the restaurant for possible situations out of their control. I intend to eat there again in the future and recommend you do too. Hopefully, the franchisee of this restaurant is aware of what has happened and is taking action to reduce the occurrences of such shortages, whenever possible, in the future. ***Updated review 10/4/2021*** My wife and I returned to this Wendy’s location for dinner. This evening there was yet another apparent supply shortage; there were no large beverage cups. They did credit our meal total in the amount of $1.02 Of all the fast food restaurants in Lock Haven, Wendy's continues to be one of my favorites and therefore, I see no reason not to wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for your patronage!
