White Castle

It was ok. The staff needs to ask at drive-thru if you want condiments such as salt, pepper, ketchup etc. Food was good no complaints of that at all. Speakers need to be repaired as it was difficult to hear what was being said or asked over them. Staff was very polite and courteous, tell them keep up the good work.

Ordered 3 veggies burgers, got 3 sandwich boxes but only 2 burgers. Only takes 1 time for me not to get whT I ordered and I'll never go back to that store. Never had a problem with my order at other stores. So I gave 1 star. Very important to get it right the 1st time. However the drive thru Cashier was very polite

Today, after work, I stopped by this place and ordered a sack of 10 white castle burgers with Jalapeno cheese with everything. I also ordered six regular white castle burgers with everything. I got home, and none of the burgers I ordered had (ketchup, mustard, pickles, or onions). The burgers were plain and had nothing exept the Jalepeno cheese. They were slapped on a bun and stuffed into the boxes, and half of the were crushed and smashed up inside the boxes. The burgers were put together as if no one cared. They were dry and tasteless. Also, the woman that took my order at the window sounded like she didn’t want to be there. This was a sign that I should have driven off, but I wanted to give this place a chance. This is the first time I’ve patronized this place… it was also my last time. I will continue to go to the white castles on Telegraph and I-96. The service is much better and so are the burgers.
