The food was great service was fast. But the employees was having words at the window. The lady standing at the window wouldn't take my money she stood there with her back to me in drive-thru and I can her another employee saying you can't take her money and she goes I take the orders I don't work the window 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. But its ok I still give them five stars the young man came and took my money and gave me my food. So nice and polite!

Most unprofessional and rude staff ever! Honestly if you don’t like your job STAY THE HELL HOME. Ordered $60 worth of food, They messed up my whole order. When called to let them know they claimed I was lying. Finally got in touch with manager and she claimed that she would take care of it next time. All BULL!!! Now they don’t know what I am talking about. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, especially for someone who is making $13/hour, but they somehow got my order wrong 4 times and I STILL drove away with the wrong items. This pregnant woman just wanted biscuits and mashed potatoes with gravy. I drove away with a large coleslaw and fries. I want to cry.

I felt Rush when I was placing my order; although it was just myself & another vehicle in the drive thru. I asked what three pieces a chicken will I be receiving in my box. I'm assuming the last that came from the back was the shift supervisor she came from the back and answered the question that I asked the cashier at the drive thru window. It appeared she was throwing her weight around when the question was ask of the cashier and the other crew member at the window. Please stop trying to make yourself feel important and go make sure it's enough inventory or that the chicken is fully cooked, because I clearly order several times I had to come home and put it in the oven because it was not fully cook. The two crew members at the window appeared very intelligent enough to answer my question why would she step over them like they were incompetent. Just rude behavior.
