Wonderful and welcoming atmosphere with so many different menu choices you can always try something different. Baristas are all very knowledgeable about the products and can help you choose a drink if you're unsure.

Staff here are always awesome and nice, love the blonde guy that’s always working the window. Today when we went through, there was a new Indian man in the window, who was extremely rude, gave us the wrong drinks, and gave us a really dirty look as we drove away. We will not be coming back to this location as long as that rude man is working there:(

My drink was great and the staff is nice but WHY are they allowed to ask in the drive thru if we want to leave them a tip on our card? That is so rude and makes it so awkward if you say no. Basically forcing us to tip them. I understand having a tip jar but verbally asking your customers to tip you is very annoying and uncomfortable. That should not be allowed. They are already being paid, they should not be begging for tips and making people like myself feel obligated to tip them when it’s not necessary. No other drive thru does this. Just biggby.

slowest biggby in the area. wasn't greeted when i walked in and i'm the only one in here and still waiting on a bagel 15 minutes later... emily & laura are the barista... *edit: ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and they gave me 2 asiago cheese bagels. this is the worst service i've ever had at this location.

I had visited this location and did not have a great experience, the owner had reached out to me and apologized and really tried to make it right! I thank you. I have been here again a couple more times since and had the great experience that I always love when going to Biggby! Today though I have to say that the girls working were so friendly and conversational (and I'm a talker even to strangers)so that was awesome AND my Cold Brew was delicious! So very deserving of 5 stars!
