Ground Up Coffee

Love that they have Kaladi coffee. Unfortunately, the young servers working have no idea what service means. I waited while the gal made the previous patrons order which is as it should be but she never once said a word to me or acknowledged my presence in any way. While the blender was doing its thing she easily could have rung up my bag of coffee but instead she chose to assist the other server who was looking for scissors to open a box - the second server never said a word to me - no hello, no we’ll be right with you, nada. The line continues getting longer and the hunt for scissors continues. Then, of course, I get asked if I want to leave a tip (as is the new expectation - requesting a tip for simply existing) - guess what my answer was? I’ll go back because they have Kaladi but I’ll know what to expect on the service end.

Great vibe!! I always prefer a locally owned coffee shop as opposed to the big guys. This was a great spot to work from and enjoy an amazingly delicious latte this morning. I stayed all morning and ended up with a pot of tea and a bacon breakfast burrito. Tasty all around! I'll definitely be back and recommend this spot!

Oh boy what a find! Loose leaf, super flavorful tea (we had iced today) with a great assortment of pastries and sweets. They also have burritos and soup. Looks like they make ice cream, too. Some outdoor seating and eclectic seating indoors - some tables and some couch chairs. Great service, too. Winner winner
