Dunkin'

Whoever is the GM, Dm, Rvp of this location clearly is not engaged with their business. You all have failed miserable at this location. The service was horrible and rude. However walking into your lobby blew me away. I have honestly never seen such a gross entrance. All the glass inside hasn't been cleaned in weeks as you can see the build up. The floors were sticky, spills everywhere, food all over. All trash cans were packed full. We had 4 people walk in behind us and all of them looked around in disbelief. Honestly this establishment wouldn't pass a health code check right now. Sad to see such poor leadership these days.

I did a mobile order so I could make it on time to work. I went it and my drink was half made , and she said that the tea wasn’t going to ready any time soon. So she offered coconut milk. I asked her if there was any other substitutions I could do and she just said no. I asked for a another drink and she just looked at the cup of strawberry juice. So I said it was fine because I was now running late for work and I figured fine I will try it. She then proceeded to get my food. When she was done bagging she threw it at me. I’m very dissatisfied. The drink was way too sweet , undrinkable I’m not sure why it was so sweet. I only got a coupon in return but I have to make a purchase just to use it. Very bad customer service. Will not be coming back in.

This is the worst coffee shop period. Dunkin is usually known for well made coffee and speedy service. This is hands down the slowest place to get coffee. DO NOT COME HERE. No matter if there is no one in line, you will wait at least 15 minutes. I live close and have tried this place a few times hoping it would get better. It hasn't. Still the worst. Cold breakfast sandwich, Luke warm coffee and you get to wait 30 minutes. Go to Starbucks and avoid this dunkin

The best Dunkin this side of the Mississippi! In an understaffed world, these guys do their best every day, and deliver my coffee with a smile! I’m on a first-name basis with most of the staff, and the very few times that my order was messed up or unfulfilled, these guys always make it right on my next visit.
