Subway

Worst subway experience ever. There location says open for dine in and pick up. It’s not because it’s located in the hospital. It took them 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready for pick up of us sitting in a closed hospital cafeteria during a pandemic. And being told we aren’t allowed to be in there and being glared at rudely the whole time. Not to mention we had already been sitting for 20 minutes and was told they are starting your order now. And to top it all off my food was messed up.

Went there twice. The guy who acted like the owner or manager acted like he was mad and disgusted. Was not friendly at all, never said a word. Went there a second time and he overcharged me. Acted the same way. I told him he overcharged me, he looked at me like I had said something ugly. He looked at my receipt, got my money, never said sorry, and went to the next customer. I hope I never have to go there again.

I ordered the steak and cheese footloose a 8.00 sub... not only was the girls hair dirty ....alot of white stuff in black hair but she sure was very rude I asked for olives she put roughly 15 on my sub I asked for a few more and she snapped and proceeded to yell me she was gonna charge me for more olives. .. my response was are you kidding me ... I eat subway all the time and have never been charged for veggies all I wanted was olives and green bell peppers. .. been at this hospital since Tuesday and it's now friday ... have 2 to 3 more days here and won't be dealing with subway and their rude workers and lazy workers... I refused the steak and cheese sub once she started bobbing her head and getting rude... they would rather waste a 8.00 sub then make it the right way without attitude. .. I will never even waste my time walking by this rude employed subway again!!!

I can't say that I have had any bad experiences with any particular Subway Franchise, why, because I have worked my way up the ladder to a Store Manager position.... Subway has procedures and protocol's that they have to follow, in reference to the the customer whom complained about the store #49971....that employee was only following the rules per way she was trained.... When it comes to the veggies on a sandwich, on a 6 inch sub, you get 3 of each vegetables with lettuce or spinach or both and on 12 inch sub, you get 6 of each vegetables with lettuce or spinach or both, that's the proper sandwich procedure, so if you got 15 olives on your sandwich then you were lucky because that's more than what the proper procedure says....
