Subway

How about I ordered on line. App told me order was confirmed...building...and then ready. I get there and nothing was ready. They said they tried calling..They no longer have salads...they don't have the tomato or spinch wraps...only plain. 😒. They waited until I arrived to see if I wanted a refund or something else. Then I waited for my order because I didn't want to go anywhere else. Update your website SUBWAY! DARN it!!!!

I'M GIVING A 1 STAR ONLY BC THERE ISN'T A LOWER ONE TO GIVE. MY FRIEND WALKED IN TO GET A SANDWICH AND SHE TOLD THE GIRL WHAT SHE WANTED, THE LADY SLAMMED THE BREAD DOWN ON COUNTER AND TOLD HER CO- WORKER SHE WOULD NOT MAKE IT FOR HIM TO DO IT THEN WALKED OUT OF THE AREA. Racism comes from and is towards everyone at times no matter what color or ethnic group you belong to. THIS WAS DEFINITELY PROOF OF THAT!

This subway has not had spinach wrap for 3wks and they don't take cash nor do they take new coupons.why are you open?this made me feel like 🤔 what is going on.Do you need to be open.i visited this subway today.I'm so Sick of people owning business in the rural area and start putting up all these signs in there store about what they don't do.close your store until you can fine some staff that you can trust.who turns down cash!

The entire staff except the gentleman at this location needs customer service training. The young lady with long twist and the AirPod in her ear had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service. She rolled her eyes the entire time she made my sandwich. And I guess because I asked for additional ham and she had to remove my cheese, she then caught an attitude and drowned my sandwich in Mayo when I asked for extra. Then when I get to the front counter the other young lady is having a conversation on speaker phone. I’m a manager myself and this type of customer service should not be tolerated.
