Pizza Hut

I ordered two pizzas, both with crust seasonings, and one with light garlic sauce instead of marinara. When I received the notification that the pizza was on its way, I went outside to wait for it since the store was 5 minutes down the road. When 30 minutes passed, I went back inside and kept unpacking. When an hour past, I began to think they had delivered to the wrong house. It was finally delivered over an hour later (close to an hour and 1/2 after the notification), cold, and incorrect. Neither pizza had the seasoning and the pizza with the special sauce request (due to dietary issues) wasn’t just marinara, it was heavy marinara. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Pizza Hut before. In other words, order with low expectations and, if you’re moving in to the area, make sure your microwave is unpacked.

This is not only the worst Pizza Hut EVER it’s the worst pizza experience that I have ever had not just once but many times!! If they even deliver the pizza, most times they don’t and don’t call, the order is always wrong. If you have to call in to the store be prepared to be passed along to a call center that will ask you the same questions over and over and you will never get anywhere!!!

Worst experience for delivery pizza EVER !!! Was told by a rude manager on duty ,they did not deliver as far as my house, My sister orders all the time, same address I used diff phone number , they then said they could deliver took my order said see you in 30 min , waited 45 min never came , called back they said they decided they could not deliver....never let me know that in the 45 min I waited . I was irate!!!! they don't even deserve 1 star !!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Called to see if they would deliver to my location and the woman who answered had a bad attitude from the moment she answered the phone. She said she needed my phone number and address before she could determine whether or not they would deliver to my location. After stating the first 3 digits of my phone number, I was deliberately hung up on.
