Pizza Hut

Food was prepared and ready to go...I loved the convenience or ordering online and paying so all I had to do was open the car door and take my pizza home. Also love the fact that they are open late...we often eat late due to our work schedules and most places are closed by that time. Food was delicious

This last visit might honestly be the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We got a big dinner box and both pizzas were more crust than sauce, cheese or toppings. The cheese was also not even completely melted on the pizza or the cheese sticks. The top was, but in the middle it separated into individual slices of cheese. The wings were literally tenders. Somehow the wings caught none of the sauce and all sank to the bottom. Honestly impressive. Neither the crust or the cheese sticks were cooked all the way through in general. Very doughy near the center. Not sure what’s going on at this location, but it would appear to me some more attention needs to be brought in to ensure everything is getting out at a good enough rate of quality.

I did not get my complete order and no matter how hard I tried I could not call the store to work it out. I always went to the robo call system that would supposedly send me to the store, the line would then go dead after 6-7 rings. When I tried to go the other route to talk to a person and a manager for help they just sent me back to the robo call choose to order or other and "re-route" me to store to be disconnected again. Needless to say I could never talk to anyone to get the issue resolved.

I was told 66-77 minutes for delivery at 50 minutes the online tracker still showed it was received but not being made. I called the store they said it’s only been 50 minutes your pizza has been ready but we have to wait for a driver. I ordered at 7:01 pm and our pizza arrived at 8:23 our pizza arrived. COLD 🥶. Not even a bit warm they wanted us to wait another hour or more for them to make it. I was like no. So he did a credit for $15 dollars of the $17.62 we spent. Not cool.
