Wendy's

No tomato. But instead of telling us when we order. They gave out the food wrong. Then gave us cold greasy soggy fries. Call and complain. Manager states everything was fine with our order. Waited 15 min for food with o ly 2 cars in front of me. Last time with 2 cars in front I waited 20 min amd drove off. Run a 2ay from this cesspool excuse of a Wendy's

When we walked in the building there was a bit of a line for ordering, so we placed our orders on the electronic screen, they have 3, but one wasn't on. The ordering process via electronic app is not the best, but will work. There was a long delay to get food, ordering for 5 people, but we have gotten used to long wait times. The staff was very friendly and apologized for the wait. The food was pretty good for Wendy's, with the fries having been cooked properly and better than most the Wendy's I have been in. The baked potatoes are not really good, and should be avoided, probably sat for to long. I have been disappointed by every Wendy's baked potato I have tried. Recommend this place for the staff, as they are great.

Warning for Ubereats driver, this Wendy’s close at 11pm. Any order pass 10:30, don’t go to it unless you confirm the restaurant is actually open. Also, I went to drive through one day and once I got to the window, they told me I had to go inside. Guess what? I told them I’ll just cancel the order. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

Had to come to this location because I went to the south 48th location spent 21 bucks got cold soggy fries and burnt son of bacon baconators that were rock hard and had shredded cheese that was oily and stringy gross and nobody would answer. This location offered our meals replaced. Super nice. We had to wait but they were short staffed.

This Wendy’s is one of the most frustrating places to order food near campus. The wait time is always ridiculous through their drive through and they have consistent problems with the the card machines. I have once waited over an hour to be served at this Wendy’s. However the food is always hot and the staff is very friendly. You have to be lucky to have a great experience here.

I have had a mixed relationship with this Wendy's. Sometimes I'll be waiting for 15 minutes for my food while other times they have it out in less than 5 minutes. Sometimes the food is hot, while other times it has been cold. Sometimes the service here rocks whiles other times I'm not even talked to as I walk up to the cash register even though they are like 2 ft. away from me. Y'all get the point. It just isn't consistent. But, I will still eat here because I live for their Chicken Asiago Sandwich! Thanks. ~ BW
