Order via the app for delivery to car, waited 20 minutes and then eventually went inside to collect it. The server was potentially new and she didn't seem to know what a car order was and someone had to show her a different screen to click but not ideal.

Popped in a last minute stop off after shopping. It does have a drive through if you can't stop. It's a nice and quiet Costa, The staff are helpful and efficient. The smoked bacon ciabatta was gorgeous, so much so I forgot to take a photo! The mocha was made lovely, no oat milk but was fine with other alternatives.

If the staff smiled it wouldnt go amiss. Try looking the customers in the face.
Also when it is quiet how about clearing the table instead of going out the back and gossiping or getting on your phones. …

5* every time we go there. Wish they would have an area when I could leave my tray and finished crockery to help the great staff out..... they do in Gainsborough and works a treat.....
